Why this matters

Most CRM projects fail at configuration, not selection

An unconfigured CRM is an expensive address book. When the pipelines, fields and screens don't match how the firm actually sells and serves, people stop updating it, the data rots, and within a year nobody trusts a number in it.

The fix is rarely a different platform. It is taking the time to map how your firm really works — then shaping the CRM to that, migrating clean data into it, and giving the team a reason to live in it. That is the work we do.

What's included

The full CRM service, not just the install

Every engagement is scoped from these building blocks — take the parts your firm needs, skip the ones it doesn't.

CRM health check and scoping

A structured look at how your firm actually manages clients, deals and cases today — what the CRM must do, who will use it, and what a realistic rollout looks like. Fixed scope agreed before any build starts.

Setup and implementation

A new CRM stood up properly: environment, data model, pipelines and user accounts configured around your workflow from day one — Salesforce or another platform if it fits your firm better.

Configuration that matches your firm

Objects, fields, stages, dashboards and reports shaped to how you sell and serve — plus the permissions, roles and audit trails that regulated, client-confidential firms are judged on.

Customisation and integrations

Automations, custom objects and integrations with the tools you already run — email and Microsoft 365, accounting, case management, calendars — and bespoke extensions when off-the-shelf won't do.

Data migration and cleanup

Client records moved in from spreadsheets, inboxes or a legacy CRM — deduplicated, cleaned and mapped to the new structure, so the system starts trustworthy instead of inheriting the mess.

Training, adoption and ongoing admin

Your team shown how to work in the CRM, not just logged into it. Admin handover if you want to run it yourselves — or ongoing managed administration if you would rather we did.

How firms engage us

Three ways in, depending on where you're starting

All fixed-price, quoted after a scoping call shows what your firm actually needs. Platform licence costs are separate.

How it works

Design before build, always

01

Discover

A scoping call and workflow review: what the CRM must do, who uses it, what data exists and where it lives today.

02

Design

The data model, pipelines, permissions and integrations agreed on paper before anything is built — so scope and cost are fixed.

03

Build

Configure, customise, integrate and migrate — with checkpoints along the way so nothing lands as a surprise.

04

Embed

Training, go-live support and a tidy handover — or ongoing managed admin if you want the system looked after long term.

Honest answers

CRM services — common questions

Which CRM platforms do you work with?

Salesforce is our core platform, and we work with other major CRMs where they fit a firm better. If you have not chosen a platform yet, the scoping stage includes an honest recommendation based on your workflow, team size and budget — including telling you if a simpler tool would serve you better than the one you were about to buy.

Our CRM was set up years ago and nobody really uses it. Can you fix it rather than replace it?

Usually, yes — and it is often the better answer. Most abandoned CRMs failed because the configuration never matched how the firm works, not because the platform was wrong. The rescue engagement starts with an honest review; if the setup can be saved we reconfigure and relaunch it, and if it genuinely cannot, we will say so before you spend more on it.

How do you handle client confidentiality and data protection?

It is built into the design stage, not bolted on afterwards. That means role-based permissions so people see only what they should, audit trails on sensitive records, data kept in the right regions, and a clear view of what personal data lives in the CRM to support your UK GDPR obligations. Our background is 21 years inside regulated financial services, so this is the part we refuse to rush.

Can the CRM connect to the other systems we use?

That is usually where the real value is. Common integrations include email and Microsoft 365 calendars, accounting platforms, case or practice management systems and marketing tools — so the CRM reflects reality without double keying. Where no off-the-shelf connector exists, we can build bespoke integrations as part of our custom software work.

What does it cost?

Engagements are fixed-price, quoted after the scoping stage shows what your firm actually needs — there is no meter running and no long tie-in contracts. Platform licence costs are separate and payable to the vendor; part of scoping is making sure you only buy the licences you will actually use.
